Our Founders
QDX is founded by Questin Francis and David Rees.
Questin Francis
Questin Francis is the CEO of QDX Data and has vast experience in building credentialing systems and databases. As a former Founder, CTO, then CEO of Typhoon Data he has established great relationships throughout the industry. Questin comes from a technology background and enjoys getting hands-on with the data and code behind these systems.
David Rees
David Rees is the COO of QDX Data and has in-depth experience coming from Typhoon Data, Appriss Insights, and Equifax. David is a customer solutions-focused leader and loves to see customers win through implementing thoughtful systems and processes.
